Stuart A. Blander
Mr. Blander is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Brooklyn College (1976) and New York University School of Law (1979), where he was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif and graduated first in his class. After graduation, Mr. Blander spent five years at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he focused on securities and commercial litigation (including construction disputes). In 1984, Mr. Blander joined the Firm, where he has developed an expertise in defamation, discrimination (both plaintiff and defendant), real estate litigation, arbitration, intra-corporate and partnership disputes, and many other matters.

Eli Feit
Mr. Feit is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the City College of New York (1969) and New York University School of Law (1972), where he was an Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. As a founder of the Firm, Mr. Feit has been engaged in a varied litigation practice, including representation of businesses, not for profit entities and individuals in complex commercial and real estate disputes, disputes involving closely held corporations and other business entities, estate matters and employment law matters. In addition, Mr. Feit has appeared before Rabbinical Arbitration Panels and has counseled numerous clients in joint ventures, real estate transactions and corporate matters.
