Heller, Horowitz & Feit, P.C. was founded in 1979 by Jacob W. Heller, Richard F. Horowitz and Eli Feit. In the more than forty years of its existence, the Firm has prided itself on providing first rate representation at a very reasonable cost. The two current principals of the Firm, Eli Feit and Stuart A. Blander (who joined the Firm in 1984), carry on that tradition.
